About this card

The Ink Business Preferred card is a strong contender in the business credit card market, meriting an overall rating of 3.8. Its excellent rewards program, highlighted by the 3x points on common business expenses and a substantial sign-up bonus, offers significant value, especially for businesses that can maximize these categories. The absence of foreign transaction fees is another notable advantage. The strong reputation of Chase and the consistently positive reviews from financial publications and users further contribute to the card's appeal. However, the high APR is a significant drawback, particularly for businesses that tend to carry a balance. While the $95 annual fee is reasonable given the benefits, it's still a factor to consider. Overall, the Ink Business Preferred is best suited for businesses with good to excellent credit that can leverage the rewards program and pay their balances in full each month to avoid high interest charges. The added reputation rating strengthens the overall position and pushes it closer to 'excellent' territory.
