About this card

The CITI® DIAMOND PREFERRED® CARD's overall rating is primarily determined by its balance transfer capabilities. The lengthy 0% introductory APR period is very valuable for those looking to consolidate and pay down debt. However, its high regular APR, lack of rewards, and various fees significantly detract from its value as an everyday spending card. The positive reputation of Citi provides some value, but the card's limited utility results in a 'Fair' overall rating. While excellent for a specific financial goal, it lacks broad appeal and long-term benefits.
