About this card
The Gap Encore Mastercard presents a mixed bag. Its strengths lie in the lack of an annual fee and the potential for decent rewards within the Gap family of brands. However, these are overshadowed by significant weaknesses, primarily the extremely high APR and the high balance transfer fee. The limited redemption options and the card's overall lack of flexibility further detract from its value.
