The USAA Rewards™ Visa Signature® Credit Card receives an overall rating of 2.7 out of 5.0. While the card benefits from having no annual fee and no foreign transaction fees, its high APR range and mediocre rewards program significantly limit its appeal. The APR rating is particularly concerning, as the high end of the APR range can be very costly for cardholders. The rewards program, while offering 2x points on dining and gas, is not competitive enough to offset the high APR and lack of a sign-up bonus. The combination of these factors results in a card that is only fair in terms of overall value.
