Considering the APR, rewards, and fees, the Wells Fargo Active Cash card is a decent option. The strong 2% cash back rewards rate and sign-up bonus are definite positives. The lack of an annual fee significantly enhances its value. However, the high end of the APR range and the foreign transaction fee are drawbacks. Factoring in Wells Fargo's mixed reputation and the lack of unique perks, the card earns a solid 3.7.
